- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging.
- Perishable items, such as pickles and sauces, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Exchanges are allowed if the product received is incorrect or damaged during transit.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.
- Products being exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
